Like herbal and rooibos tea, fruit tea does not originate from the tea plant but is made from various fruits and aromas.
Typical components of fruit teas are mainly fruit pieces, flowers, leaves and spices.
Preparation
Temperature: 100°C
Dosage: 4 to 5 heaped teaspoons per liter
Brewing tim:approx. 8 – 12 minutes
Effect
Fruit teas are above all excellent thirst quenchers and can be infused hot or cold. Healthy are above all the many components of the fruit pieces, such as vitamins, trace elements, antioxidants etc.
Low-acid fruit teas in particular are particularly gentle on the stomach.
